Open Positions for Magento 2: your careers page, built into your store
Your store already has the visitors, the brand and the admin your team knows. Open Positions adds hiring to it, with no separate recruitment tool to learn.
Publish jobs in minutes Create and edit positions directly in the Magento admin, with a title, tags, summary, details and requirements. Add the widget to any CMS page or block, and choose either a complete careers page or just the job cards and application form. The full page covers your introduction, reasons to join, tech stack, benefits, open positions, hiring process and application form, and all of its text can be edited in the admin.
Make applying simple Candidates click "Apply now" on a job card and the form opens with that position already selected. They can attach a CV and other documents, and you decide which file types, how many files and what size to accept. If nothing fits, you can let them send an open application instead.
Keep every application in one place Applications are stored in Magento, so they don't get lost in an inbox. Your team can filter the list, download attachments, update the status and add internal notes. Applications received by email, by phone or at a job fair can be entered by hand, and a Source column shows where each one came from.
Keep everyone informed HR gets an email for each new application, with a direct link to it in the admin, and can reply straight to the candidate. Candidates get a confirmation email, and you can customize both templates.
Speak your candidates' language Positions, careers page content and emails can be translated for each store view. Any field you leave empty falls back to your default text.
Built-in protection The form is protected by reCAPTCHA and a hidden spam trap. Uploaded files are checked by their actual content, not just their file extension. They're stored outside the public web folder and can only be downloaded from the admin. A consent checkbox with a link to your privacy policy is part of the form, and deleting an application also deletes its files.
