General terms and conditions of the online store have been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS) and international code for e-commerce. The online store is specialized in the sale of services in the field of software and software packages.

The general terms and conditions of deal with the operation of the online store, the user's rights and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.

When registering in an online store, the visitor obtains a username that is identical to the address of his e-mail and the password he chooses himself. With this he is uniquely determined and connected to the completed data. By registration, the visitor confirms that he / she is acquainted and fully agrees with the general terms and conditions, terms of use and the data protection statement, thus becoming the user and acquiring the right to purchase.


(Summary of legislation)

Provider undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:

  • the identity of the company (name and registered office, registry number),
  • contact that enables the user to quickly and effectively communicate (e-mail, phone),
  • essential characteristics of goods or services (including after-sales services and guarantees),
  • accessibility of articles (each article or service offered on the site should be accessible within a reasonable time),
  • terms of delivery of articles or services (manner, place and deadline of delivery),
  • all prices must be clearly and unambiguously set out and must be shown, whether they already contain taxes and shipping costs,
  • the method of payment and delivery,
  • time validity of the bid,
  • a time limit within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; moreover, if and to what extent the buyer's returns the item,
  • an explanation of the complaint process, including any contact details of the contact person or the customer service department. 


When choosing a product, the user adds it to the cart. By pressing the Buy button, the order is sent, and an automated email with the order details (products, quantities, prices, user data and order identification) is sent to him.

When awarding a contract, this is done through three phases:

1. Order accepted - After the successful submission of the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. Detailed information about the status and content of the order is always available to the buyer on the website under his profile.

2. Order confirmed - If the buyer does not cancel the order, it goes through further processing. When the bidder reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items and confirms the order or rejects it for a reason. In order to verify data or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery, the service provider may call the customer. Upon confirmation of the order, the bidder informs the buyer by e-mail. The contract for the purchase of ordered items between the buyer and the bidder is irrevocably concluded at this stage. 

3. Order completed - The bidder contacts the buyer by e-mail within the agreed deadline. The bidder in the mentioned e-mail informs the customer about where to turn in case of delay and how he can complain.


The consumer has the right to notify the company (in writing) within 8 days about withdrawal from the contract, but only if the implementation has not started yet. The refund option does not apply to the software (if the consumer has opened the security stamp), CD and DVD media.


Delivery time is indicated on the individual product and is related to the customer's responsiveness.


Payment is made before delivery of the product.

The provider offers the following payment methods: 

  • by transfer to Alcyone d. o. o. per offer / bill (internet price applies),
  • with Moneta,
  • with PayPal,
  • with credit card (Visa, Mastercard),
  • with Diners.

The bidder issues an invoice to a customer on a durable medium with a breakdown of costs.


Prices are listed excluding VAT and with VAT. The prices are valid at the time of the award of the contract and do not have a predetermined validity.

The prices apply in the case of payment with the above mentioned payment methods, subject to the above conditions.

The sales contract between the bidder and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the bidder confirms the order (the customer receives an e-mail). From this moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.


Company Alcyone d.o.o. it is committed to ensure that the software during the warranty period will work without difficulty, and if problems occur, it will eliminate them as soon as possible.

We guarantee warranty for software packages for a period of 6 months, insofar as the software is used in accordance with its intended purpose.


The bidder undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user.

In order to protect personal data, the user is also responsible for ensuring the security of his user name and password and the proper protection of his or her computer.


After the payment of the product, the service provider will contact the customer via means of distance communication.

The provider will only inform the user about the news if he does not explicitly object to this.

Advertising e-mails will include the following components:

  • clearly and unambiguously marked as advertising messages,
  • the consignor will be clearly visible,
  • various actions, promotions and other marketing techniques will be designated as such; also, the conditions for participation in them will be clearly defined,
  • the customer will respect the user's desire not to receive advertising messages. 


The bidder has the right to change the terms at any time without prior notice.

The bidder must confirm within five working days that the complaint has been received, contact the user / buyer and let him / she knows how long he will handle it and keep him / her informed about the progress of the process. The provider is aware that the essential characteristic of the consumer dispute, at least in terms of judicial resolution, is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs arising in the resolution of the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to initiate a dispute before a court. Therefore, the provider strives to do his best to resolve any dispute by mutual consent.
